The School24 Website is operated by eDimensions Pty Ltd (ACN 135 191 061). This Agreement sets out the terms on which eDimensions Pty Ltd makes its School24 application and services available to users through this website.

By logging in and using School24, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use School24.

2. Modification of These Terms

eDimensions Pty Ltd reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time by posting updated terms on this website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Delivery of goods is the responsibility of the School24-enabled provider. We are not responsible for delivery delays.

11. Online Statements

Statements are available online. You must report billing errors within 90 days.

School24 software is licensed, not sold. All intellectual property rights remain with eDimensions Pty Ltd.

14. Technical Support

We provide support via phone, chat, and email during the license term.

15. Upgrades

We may provide software upgrades at our discretion.

16. Service Availability

We strive for continuous service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

These terms are governed by NSW law. If any provision is invalid, the remainder continues in force.

We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

19. Intellectual Property

All School24 content and code is our property. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

Separate terms apply to POS and Kiosk hardware/software.
